Founded by Allison and Jerad Jones, the company combines deep local roots with a comprehensive understanding of North Texas real estate, construction, and property operations.
Allison Jones
born and raised in DFW, began her real estate career in 2006 as a licensed agent and earned her Real Estate Broker license in 2008. She has remained actively licensed since, bringing nearly two decades of experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners. Her expertise spans residential sales, investment strategy, property management, and the oversight of single‑family and multi‑family homes across the region.
Jerad Jones
leads the construction and property improvement division, offering hands‑on experience across all facets of residential construction, renovation, maintenance, and project management. His operational knowledge strengthens the company’s ability to evaluate properties, coordinate repairs, and protect long‑term asset value for owners and investors.
